The creation of CEIDA-IFCM is guided by a fundamental objective : to respond as closely as possible to the needs of its clients, in particular African collective management organizations (CMOs), rights holders, public and private institutions and organizations, international organizations, NGOs, individuals and legal entities working in all sectors of activity related to creation, arts, culture, media and digital markets of creative content on the Continent.
As the first structure entirely dedicated to its field, the firm's working principle is to federate expertise, skills and talents towards the satisfaction of clients' needs in relation to the challenges of copyright and related rights management in Africa.
The work of the firm is organized around the permanent availability of the two partners, Simon Ouedraogo and Samuel Ahokpa, whose role is to handle each case with a network of collaborators, consultants and recognized academic experts, established in several countries in Africa and Europe (Burkina Faso*, Cameroon*, Ivory Coast*, France*, Ghana*, Kenya*, Malawi*, Mali*, Nigeria* Senegal*, Switzerland*, etc.).
The firm welcomes trainees and students (colleges, high schools, specialized and professional schools) whose objectives relate to research and specialization in the field of copyright and related rights.
